Ever since probiotics became popular, the market has been FLOODED with products that are weak, under-spec’d and often barely effective.

We subscribe to Consumer Labs, an independent testing laboratory, which recently ran a test on 43 different probiotic brands. And of the 43 probiotics they tested, many of them contained only HALF of the amount of live bacteria that the label claimed. So you might be paying $40 for a probiotic, but only getting half the value you thought!

Maybe it would be better to source natural, full-strength probiotics by regularly eating fermented foods…?

Dealing With The Festive Fall-Out…

Make sure you clean up after the festive season!

Hidden grains, sugars, fats, salt and alcohol make up the basis of our festive fare and, along with a lack of fibre, all take their collective toll clogging up your digestive system.

Constipation is just the same as neglecting to take out the household rubbish!

Just imagine all the toxins, bacteria and other undesirables that would proliferate out of control if you rarely took out the garbage – including the smell!
  The odour and bacteria would eventually spread and contaminate all the other rooms in the house.
